Indian SuperMeals: Baby & Toddler Cookbook

There is a NEW baby & toddler cook book on the scene! Indian SuperMeals are crammed pack with healthy ingredients resulting in tasty meals for little ones. Exclusive to ebook currently, I have been having a good scroll through and it’s been making my taste buds go into overdrive. I am a big lover of Indian food and have started to introduce B to the mild versions of our favourite curries. He is already a big fan of the vegetable curry at nursery, so when I was given the chance to review this new book, I had to take up the offer.

The overall concept concentrates on the formula of Regular Foods + SuperFoods + SuperSpices = Super Meals

The SuperFoods and SuperSpices health benefits are all explained in detail, making this not just recipe book, but an education into nutrition. It makes for very interesting reading and I cannot wait to try out some of the recipes. Especially the Coconut Chicken Curry & the Butternut Squash & Chickpea Tagine! mmmm

The book is perfect for all parents wanting to ditch bland baby foods for tasty exciting meals that are still wholesome and healthy. With over 60 recipes for 7mths-3yrs olds.

The book is written by Zainab Jagot Ahmed. Find her on Facebook here

  1. Thanks for sharing this! Looks like a great book, I’ll have to get a copy. My daughter, 2, loves curry as long as it’s not too spicy. (You can always add a bit of coconut milk if you think you may have overdone the spices!)

  2. I love your blog.. very nice colors & theme.
Did you make this website yourself or did you hire someone to do it for you?
Plz reply as I’m looking to design my own blog and would like to know where u got this from. thank you
